This necklace comes on a 43cm chain. The pendant measures 15mm in diameter. There is no extender chai on this necklace.

We offer two shipping options for UK and Northern Ireland: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4.95 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £9.95 (no signature required). Please add this time onto the production and packing time to estimate your delivery date. Royal Mail do not collect on the weekend or deliver on a Sunday.

UK deliveries are free over £80 and will be sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked (no signature needed).

If you require your order urgently, please tick the box “Add urgent 24hr dispatch” (+£25). This service prioritises preparation of your order over all others. We will make and pack your order the same day (if ordered before midday) or the next morning (if ordered after midday). The £25 excludes shipping fees.

For EU & Worldwide Shipping we offer an International Tracked (no signature required) by Royal Mail for £11.95. For Europe, delivery is within 5-7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery is within 10-12 working days. We also offer an international courier service that takes 2-4 days for £45. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.

Exchanges and Returns: Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings can only be returned if they are still sealed.
