Ordering

How do your bangle sizes work?

Our Signature Bangles have two sizes, petite and regular. Both of them need to slide over the entire hand, please consider this when choosing your size. Petite is designed specifically for small hands and the bangles have a 59mm inner
diameter. Regular is designed for average hands and wrists and has a 64mm inner diameter.

If you’re uncertain, we’d recommend our Hinge Signature Bangle that opens up over the wrist.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Do I have to take off my jewellery to shower?

Our chunky pieces, like the Signature Bangle, Engraved Bracelets and the Signature Necklace are all water resistant and can be worn to swim, sweat, bath and shower in. If you have something that’s gold-plated over sterling silver such as the Gold Vermeil Mini or Medium Disc or the Letter Necklaces, we’d recommend that you take it off before diving in.

How long can I expect to wait for my piece?

We always strive to get orders out as fast as possible! For our personalised pieces, production time varies depending on the number of letters, their spacing and other details such as additional engravings. Most of our bangles and necklaces take 2-3 days to make and we offer three different shipping options within the UK and Northern Ireland and two shipping options for the rest of the world. For specific details, please see our ‘shipping’ section below.

How much is personalisation?

For our pieces that can be personalised, your lettering is almost always included in the price.

Extra letters on enamel bangles, extra engravings are +£35 or +£30-£40 respectively. This reflects the time and skill needed to make the item. For any queries regarding personalisation, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Please ensure that you have told us exactly what you would like; once an item is finished, it cannot be altered.

What is inclued in gift packaging

A smart giftbag, wrapepd up in our signature cream wrapping paper and a pretty ribbon. Ready to be gifted straight to the lucky person!

Product specific Questions

Are the Open Engraved Bracelets flexible?

Yes! You can bend and flex both the mens and womens open engraved braclets until they fit you comfortably. You cannot break them!

What's the difference between the Signature Bangle for £155 and the signature Initial Bangle for £95?

The base bangle is the same, the difference in price reflects the number of embossed letters on the bangle. The more letters there are, the more work there is to do.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If work has already started on your order by the time you get in touch, we cannot cancel your order. If it has not, we'll be happy to cancel and refund you.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Due to the nature of our personalisation, we are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke or
personalised items.

Once personalisation has begun on
the item, it cannot be edited in size, neither can the lettering be edited. The customer is responsible for
all spelling issues or dates inputted during the order process, and therefore we cannot be responsible for any mistakes made.

Can I return or exchange a non-personalised item?

Yes!

For applicable items, returns will
be accepted up to 14 days after your order has been received. Returns must arrive in their original condition with a traceable receipt.

Please include your name and order
number in the package. For exchanges, please also include the desired item to be exchanged and this will be dispatched to you within 1-3 days.

All returns and exchanges should

We recommend you send your return
using a Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service. 

Upon receiving your item, a refund
will be made within 3 -5 working days. All postage costs are non-refundable.

Can I return earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are
non-refundable if they have been removed from their protective bag.

Can you fix my jewellery?

If we can fix it, we will! Please email hello@florence-london.com with your order number and a picture of the damage.
