GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We offer two shipping options for the UK and Northern Ireland, via Royal Mail:

1. Tracked 48, £4.95: photographic proof of delivery, no signature required, full online tracking or,

2. Tracked 24 (Next Day Delivery), £9.95: photographic proof of delivery, no signature required. Excludes Sundays.

Orders over £80 qualify for free shipping which is the Tracked 48 service (UK only)

Please note that the timings of both of these options are only actioned when the custom item has been finished, they are not accurate timings from the moment of ordering. Please see individual items pages for estimated production times.

For gifts needed urgently, we have an option on each listing called 'Urgent 24 Hour Dispatch' for £25 which means that your order will be prioritised over other orders and made and packed within 24 hours. If ordered before midday, your order will be sent the same day. If ordered after midday we will send it the next working day. Shipping is not included in this £25 service charge.

Large Letter (3cm thick): this size will fit though your letter box alongside your regular post. Unless a gift bag is selected, all orders of up to three pieces will be delivered inside a 'large letter' sized parcel. If three or more pieces are ordered they will arrive inside a small parcel.

Small Parcel: Any order with a gift bag selected, or an order of three items or more will arrive as a small parcel and will not fit through the letterbox.

Medium Parcel: If more than two gift bag items are ordered, your order will arrive inside a medium sized parcel.

Our packaging does not have a brand name on the outside to minimise risk of theft.

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be returned in their original packaging and original condition. Please do not return items that have been worn. The cost of a return is not covered by Florence London.

Personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Please see below for our return instructions:

1. Package up your item/s including a note containing your order number, name and your exchange or refund instruction.

2. Send your parcel to: Florence London, 1 The Wimbles, Harts Hill Road, Upper Bucklebury, RG18 4NY

Once we receive your parcel, we will exchange or refund your order within 2-3 days. You will receive a refund email notification once your refund has been actioned.

We recommend Royal Mail's tracked service or any reliable courier.
