GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

We're offering free UK shipping on all orders over £80. This includes an Royal Mail untracked 3-4 day service. A tracked service upgrade is available for £4.95.

For orders below £80, for the UK and Northern Ireland we have two options for delivery with Royal Mail:

1. 48 Hour Tracked, £4.95: photographic proof of delivery, no signature required, online tracking or,

2. Next Day Delivery, £9.95: photographic proof of delivery, no signature required.

Please note that the timings of both of these options are only actioned when the custom item has been finished, they are not accurate timings from the moment of ordering. Please see individual items pages for estimated production times.

 

For gifts needed urgently, we have an option on each item's listing called 'Urgent 24 Hour Dispatch' for £25 which means that your order will be put to the top of our list, being prioritised over all other orders and your personalised piece will be made within 24 hours. If ordered before midday, your piece will be sent the same day. For anything ordered after midday, we will send it the next working day. Shipping is not included in this £25 service charge.

UK & Northern Ireland Shipping

Royal Mail Untracked, 3-4 days, free over £80

Once your item is ready for dispatch (please see the item description for timeframes as they differ per item), this service guarantees delivery the next working day or Saturday. Excludes Sundays.

Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-4 day delivery, £4.95

Once your item is ready for dispatch (please see the item description for timeframes as they differ per item), this service delivers the item in two to four working days. Tracked and photographed at your door. No signature required.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, £9.95

Once your item is ready for dispatch (please see the item description for timeframes as they differ per item), this service guarantees delivery the next working day or Saturday. Excludes Sundays.

EU & Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide Tracked: £11.95 (Royal Mail)

We ship to the EU, North America, South America, Australia, Asia & Africa using Royal Mail's International Tracked Service. 

  • Europe: parcel delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • Rest of the world: parcel delivered within 10-12 working days. 

The receiver is responsible for any import taxes or duties.

Worldwide Courier Tracked: £45 (UPS, DHL or FEDEX)

This service is fully tracked and your parcel will be delivered in 3-5 days.

Returns

Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be returned in their original packaging and original condition. The cost of a return is not covered by Florence London.

Personalised items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
