We never throw away jewellery. Starting with ordering in small batches, we never over order in the first place. Before a design comes off the website, we will first offer it to our customers at a discount. If we still have stock left over, it will be gifted to those in need, charity shops or people who deserve a little lift. We have never thrown away stock. Even stock with a slight defect can be someone's treasure.

Florence London was founded by Rosie in 2013. She bought her mother on to help her in 2019 and they still work together today. Florence London is run by a team of strong women and we enjoy working with female photographers, event specialist and agencies whenever we can.

Aside from making stock donations to charity shops, we are always doing our bit to help those in need. We have donated over £10,000 to charities over the past 5 years. Each member of the Florence London team picks a charity of their choice to support every Christmas and we host an annual party each summer to raise money for further charities close to our hearts.

It's not an easy task, but we send almost no plastic with our orders. The only time we must use a small plastic bag is for earrings due to hygiene. You'll never find any other plastic in your order from us. You also won't find a printed receipt - it's a waste of paper and damage to the environment that can easily be avoided.
