I ordered the necklace where I could have a fingerprint etched. I chose my late Father’s as a lasting unique piece of jewellery. The first print I sent in couldn’t be used but thankfully I’d taken a few when he passed. The customer service was excellent and they managed to get one on there. It looks lovely and I would highly recommend Florence.
