This service prioritises preparation of your order over all others. Depending on the time of your order (pre or post midday) we will make the item the same day or the next morning. This excludes shipping fees.

We offer two options for UK and Northern Ireland Shipping: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Special Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £10 (no signature required). This service is actioned once a custom item is finished.

For EU & Worldwide Shipping we offer an International Tracked (no signature required) by Royal Mail for £12. For Europe, delivery is within 5-7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery is within 10-12 working days.

Exchanges and Returns: This necklace can be returned or exchanged.
