I have just received my bracelet from Rosie.
It really is a lovely thing. Rosie says on her site that these cuffs will never, ever break when moulded into shape. To say the bracelet is sturdy would be an understatement.
Unless I have made a total hash of this review, I have included a photo of the bracelet. The photo really doesn’t do it justice.
That’s the product. What I really wanted to comment on is the ordering process. I contacted Rosie with what can only be described as a tight timeline for delivery. Notwithstanding this, Rosie was happy to accommodate me, not only meeting my delivery deadline but beating it by several days. The reason for the deadline was a very personal and very important one. Rosie took that on board and pulled out all the stops, keeping me well informed and updated.
I had my own ideas about the personalisation that I wanted. Here, too, Rosie had some valuable input and steered me away from making a total hash of the bracelet. This was particularly appreciated because she took the time to provide me with an experience-based opinion that I had to agree with, despite slight reservations. Indeed, we discussed the final personalisation in some detail by email and came up with the final version together. How nice to have that level of collaboration with a person who is, after all, making you a very personal item. I truly felt that Rosie was invested in producing for me the best piece that she could and that she cared about the person and the sentiments behind that piece.
I took up what I would consider to be a fair chunk of Rosie’s time throughout this process but never once felt that she resented this or found it annoying.
All in all a very thorough and satisfying process. A quality product and a quality service.
