Production and packing time: 1-3 working days. Shipping timings are outlined below. If you require your order urgently, please tick the box “Add urgent 24hr dispatch” (+£25). This service prioritises preparation of your order over all others. Depending on the time of your order (before or after midday) we will make and pack your order the same day (if ordered before midday) or the next morning (if ordered after midday). We offer two shipping options for UK and Northern Ireland Shipping: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4.95 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Special Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £9.95 (no signature required). Please add this time onto the production and packing time to estimate your delivery date. Royal Mail do not collect from us on the weekend or deliver on a Sunday.

UK deliveries are free over £80 and will be sent Royal Mail 48 untracked (no signature needed).

For EU & Worldwide Shipping we offer an International Tracked (no signature required) by Royal Mail for £11.95. For Europe, delivery is within 5-7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery is within 10-12 working days. We also offer an international courier service that takes 2-4 days for £45.

Exchanges and Returns: Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
