The item itself is beautiful and met everything I needed. But what really made this purchase stand out was the personalised email customer service from Rosie. Really nothing was too much trouble. I've not experienced quite this level of care anywhere else. Over and above expectations in every way. Delivery much faster than expected, emails answered so promptly. It being a custom piece I was fully expecting it not to arrive on time for the big day (totally my fault as I ordered with such a short timeframe) but the turnaround was just exceptional.

I have a two other bangles from Florence London and love them when I saw you could custom design your own I was so excited as I haven’t seen anything like this else where the variety of colours is amazing . I chose a beautiful vibrant yellow and had clovers put on as well when it turned up it was amazing and worth the wait . The company are amazing at communicating and will answer any questions quickly and professionally and are always happy to help couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend this company
I have purchased a few items from Florence London previously but this was the first time I had chosen a bespoke colour piece. The hardest part was trying to decide which colour to choose but once selected it was easy to order and arrived within the timeframe. The bangle is beautiful and I am looking forward to wearing it.
