I had looked at loads of necklaces trying to find something personalised for the birth of my little baby boy. There were a few I liked but this one really stood out to me because of how unique it was! I eventually ordered and I am blown away by how stunning it is - even nicer than I could’ve ever imagined. I wasn’t sure which font to get for the engraving on the side so emailed Rosie who got back to me swiftly and helped choose the right font. I saw an advert for Florence London on Instagram and was naturally a bit reluctant about making a purchase but having looked at the products and options I took a leap of faith and made a purchase. I wasnt disappointed!

The pendant was personalised with my date and special request for spacing was done as asked. Its lovely quality and letters are added by hand so dont expect it to be 100% machine finished. Thats not a bad thing though.

Service was quick and arrived well packaged with a lovely personalised note. My wife loves it and suspect we will coming back again in the future.
