Signature Necklace

A Florence London original. Our Signature Necklace is handmade in enamel and offers a timeless, elegant piece that can last a lifetime.  

Choose your chosen personalised message from a special name, date or monogram to create an unforgettable gift. Add that extra special touch with an engraved message on the side of the barrel pendant, choosing your preferred font from the picture. 

The heavy pendant comes on a 47cm chain and the lettering is included in the price. 

When ordering, you can choose from a snake chain or a cable chain design. They both have an option of coming in a 60cm length. Bespoke enamel colours are also an option.

Production Time: We're a small team, please allow 3 - 5 days for personalisation (excluding weekends).

Our Signature Necklaces have a standard chain that is 47cm long, with a 5cm extender, designed to hang below the collarbone.
Longer 65cm chains are also available.
The heavy pendant sits on the chest as per the images shown. The weight of it means it stays put rather than shifting around the back of the neck. The pendant can be removed from the chain if you would like to add it to another necklace.

Production and packing time: 1-3 working days. Shipping timings are outlined below. If you require your order urgently, please tick the box “Add urgent 24hr dispatch” (+£25). This service prioritises preparation of your order over all others. Depending on the time of your order (before or after midday) we will make and pack your order the same day (if ordered before midday) or the next morning (if ordered after midday). We offer two shipping options for UK and Northern Ireland Shipping: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4.95 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Special Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £9.95 (no signature required). Please add this time onto the production and packing time to estimate your delivery date. Royal Mail do not collect from us on the weekend or deliver on a Sunday.

UK deliveries are free over £80 and will be sent Royal Mail 48 untracked (no signature needed).

For EU & Worldwide Shipping we offer an International Tracked (no signature required) by Royal Mail for £11.95. For Europe, delivery is within 5-7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery is within 10-12 working days. We also offer an international courier service that takes 2-4 days for £45.

Exchanges and Returns: Non-personalised items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene safety.

Our enamel designs are made from three core materials:

1. Glossy, easy to clean, shatterproof enamel.
2. Luxurious 18ct gold and 18ct rose gold that never tarnishes throughout years of daily wear
3. Tarnish resistant, lead-free stainless steel for its durability and ease of care. What’s more, it will not oxidise or turn your skin green!

Our jewellery does not contain brass or nickel.
