We offer two options for UK and Northern Ireland Shipping: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Special Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £10 (no signature required). This service is actioned once a custom item is finished.

'Urgent 24 Hour Dispatch' £25. This service prioritises preparation of your order over all others. We will make your order within 24 hours so that it is ready for shipping the same day (if ordered before midday) or the next working day (if ordered after midday). This excludes shipping fees.

For EU and Worldwide Shipping we offer an International Tracked (no signature required) by Royal Mail for £12. For Europe, the parcel will be delivered within 5-7 working days. For the rest of the world, the parcel delivered within 10-12 working days. Exchanges and Returns: Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke or personalised items. Once a piece has been finished, it cannot be edited to become larger or smaller.

Our necklaces are made from luxurious 18ct gold and 18ct rose gold that never tarnishes even throughout years of daily wear. We also use tarnish resistant, lead-free stainless steel for its durability and ease of care.

This wonderful combination has been an incredible success for us since it will not oxidise or turn skin green!
