Every hand-crafted Florence London piece comes with our 3-Year Warranty & Lifetime Repair service. Whether lettering has been damaged, enamel has spoiled or an earring back has been lost, we will fix any issue experienced with your jewellery.

How does it work?

Please follow the steps laid out below that best fits how you acquired your jewellery. For jewellery that falls out of warranty, don’t worry, we will still repair it where we can and generate a new 3-Year Warranty on your jewellery.

I purchased my jewellery at Florence-London.com

Please find your order confirmation email and forward it to hello@florence-london.com, along with the issue you have with your jewellery and pictures of the issue. If you cannot find your order, please email us your name and address and we will try to find it for you. We will then take you through the next steps.

I purchased my jewellery through another online store

Please find your order confirmation email and forward it to hello@florence-london.com, along with the issue you have with your jewellery and pictures of the issue. If you cannot find your order, please contact the website from which you purchased the item so that they can help you. Once we have the details, we will take you through the next steps.

I received my jewellery as a gift

If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number, please email it through to hello@florence-london.com

If you did not receive a gift receipt, please contact the purchaser for a copy of the order confirmation or the order number alone. If you can’t get this from the original purchaser don’t worry, pop us an email and we will try to help.
