SIGNATURE AND INITIAL BANGLES

This style of bangle is a solid circular shape and cannot be adjusted. When choosing a size, the wearers hand as well as wrist sizes must be considered, to enable the bangle to slide over the hand. 

Our small bangle (59 mm inner diameter), fits petite hands while our regular bangle ( 64mm inner diameter) fits average sized hands.


The best way to choose the correct size is to compare an exiting bangle that fits. Otherwise, we advise the Hinge style bangle that opens up over the wrist and closes shut (see below).

HINGE SIGNATURE BANGLES

Our Hinge Bangles are a circular shape, with a hinge on one side and a clasp on the other. They open up over the wrist so do not need to slide over the hand.

Our small/medium sized bangle has a 59 mm inner diameter, and fits extra small up to average sized wrists. The large/extra large has a 64mm inner diameter and fits above average to extra-large wrists. 
 

RAINBOW BANGLE BE BANGLE AND DIAMOND BANGLES ​


Our oval-shaped Hinge Bangles are an oval shape, with a hinge on one side and a clasp on the other. They open up over the wrist so do not need to slide over the hand. One size fits all, unless particularly small or large.

These bangles measure 61mm at the widest inner point (side to side) and 51mm at the narrowest inner point (top to bottom).
 

WOMEN'S NECKLACES (Signature, Gold Disc, Guiding Star, Compass)


Our necklaces are one size to fit all. Our standard chains are 47cm long, with 5cm extenders, designed to hang below the collarbone. Longer 65cm chains are available only on our Signature Necklace range.

All Men's Necklaces will arrive on a 60cm chain, unless otherwise requested. 

MEN'S SIGNATURE CUFF



This cuff is malleable so that it can be shaped by the wearer to fit comfortably, with one size fitting small (150mm circumference) ) to extra large (220mm circumference) wrists.  

Before self moulding this cuff measures:
68mm inner width | 50mm inner height | 40mm bottom gap
​LADIES OPEN BRACELET


This cuff is malleable so that it can be shaped by the wearer to comfortably fit  both small (140mm circumference)  and large (185mm circumference) sized wrists. 

Before self moulding, this cuff measures:
​61mm inner width | 41mm inner height | 36mm bottom gap

CHUNKY CUFF

This cuff comes in two sizes and fits small to large sized wrists. They cannot be self moulded. To ensure you choose the correct size, measure your wrist in mm and allocate your size to the below:
For wrists measuring 140 - 150mm, select small
For wrists from 150 - 175mm, select regular 

These cuffs measure: 
 Small - 52mm inner width | 55mm height | 30mm bottom gap
Medium - 65mm inner width | 50mm height | 40mm bottom gap

CHILDREN'S OPEN BRACELET

This dainty cuff is malleable to fit 2-12 year old boys and girls. It is firm but flexible to be shaped as the child grows. Before self moulding, this cuff measures: ​50mm inner width | 30mm inner height | 25mm bottom gap

UK & Northern Ireland Shipping

First Class  - Currently Free (Subject to change)
Untracked via Royal Mail. We aim to process First Class orders within 1-3 working days after full payment is received. Our daily cut off time for First Class orders is 3pm GMT (UK time).
Following dispatch, First Class orders can be expected within 1-2 business working days though are not guaranteed. 

Should we not be able to fulfil your order in the above timeframe, we will contact you on the same day as the order was taken to discuss your options. 

First Class UK Tracked - £5
Tracked with Royal Mail. As above, with a signature upon delivery, and proof of postage available online.

Express 24 hr Dispatch - £25
We aim to dispatch express orders the same day, if ordered before 1pm GMT (UK time), or the next working day post 1pm GMT (UK time). Please note that if a bangle or necklace personalisation is complicated; i.e over 20 characters, and or has an engraving, we may need an extra 24 hours. 


EU & Worldwide Shipping

Worldwide Tracked - £15 (Royal Mail)
We ship to the EU, North America, South America, Australia, Asia & Africa using Royal Mail's International Tracked Service. 
-       Europe:  parcel delivered within 5-7 working days.
-       Rest of the world: parcel delivered within 10-12 working days. 

Worldwide Courier Tracked - £40 (UPS)

This service is fully tracked and your parcel will be delivered in 3-5 days.

Any extra charges incurred from shipping from the UK to another country must be covered by the customer. Florence London will not be liable for any such charges. 

Exchanges and Returns

For applicable items, returns will be accepted up to 14 days after your order has been received. Returns must arrive in their original condition with a traceable receipt. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Upon receiving your item, a refund will be made (minus the postage cost) within 1-3 days. We recommend you send your return using a Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service.  For exchanges, please write the desired item on a note and it will be dispatched to you within 1-3 days. 

Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke or personalised items. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel a non-bespoke order before you’ve received it in the post, email hello@florence-london.com. Tell us your name, order number, and why you’re cancelling. If we receive the cancellation before dispatch, a full refund will be made within 1-3 days. 

If a cancellation comes through once work has begun on a bespoke piece (typically after 1 hour), the cancellation will not be accepted. 

Our jewellery is made from three core materials:

  1. Glossy, easy to clean, shatterproof enamel.

  2. Luxurious 18ct gold and 18ct rose gold that never tarnishes throughout years of daily wear.  

  3. Tarnish resistant, lead-free stainless steel for its durability and ease of care. What’s more, it will not oxidise or turn your skin green!

Our jewellery does not contain brass or nickel.
