Production Time: We're a small team, please allow 1 - 3 days for engraving time (excluding weekends).

This ring is flexible to fit any finger, up to a circumference of 65mm. It can be bent and stretched as much as needed without breaking. When it arrives, it will be a size N1/2 / 7 / 17.3mm.

During normal service, it takes between 1-3 working days to make a personalised item. If you require your jewellery urgently, please select 'Urgent 24-Hour Dispatch' £25. This service prioritises preparation of your order over all others. Depending on the time of your order (pre or post midday) we will make the item the same day or the next morning. This excludes shipping fees.

We offer two options for UK and Northern Ireland Shipping: 48 Hour Tracked by Royal Mail for £4 (no signature required) or 24 Hour Special Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail for £10 (no signature required). This service is actioned once a custom item is finished.

For EU & Worldwide Shipping we offer an International Tracked (no signature required) by Royal Mail for £12. For Europe, delivery is within 5-7 working days. For the rest of the world, delivery is within 10-12 working days.

Exchanges and Returns: We are unable to refund or exchange any bespoke or personalised item.

Our rings are made from luxurious 18ct gold plate with a matte finish that never tarnishes even throughout years of daily wear. We also use tarnish resistant, lead-free stainless steel on the base for its durability and ease of care. This wonderful combination has been an incredible success for us since it will not oxidise or turn skin green and is 100% waterproof. Our jewellery does not contain brass or nickel.
